Role: * Manage and drive production for AAA Unreal 4 projects Responsibilities * Collaborate with the Design, Art and Engineering teams to schedule and resource projects to fit budget and time requirements. Communicate with partners and in house management to keep them updated on project progression and any potential planning changes. * Use Agile production methods to monitor team progress and assign or update project task work. * Organise scrums and meetings for your team that are relevant to solving potential or current issues in order to help streamline project communication and development. * Triage information on a daily basis to keep project tracking information current. * Manage your team calendar to ensure smooth operation of project resourcing. * Compile reports where required to update clients on a current projects progress. REQUIREMENTS: To be considered for this Producer role you must meet the following criteria: * Demonstrate excellent understanding of Agile and Waterfall production methods. Ability to compile reports and presentations in an orderly format using appropriate software. * Strong understanding of Trello, Slack, plus similar communication and tracking software * Good understanding of game engine pipelines, primarily Unreal Engine 4 Excellent communicator with exceptional time management skills * Positive attitude and good problem solving skills * Relevant experience in the games industry. * Embrace both work ethic and social aspects within the team * Diplomatic and personable, with a deep understanding of production terminology REMUNERATION: The successful Producer will receive: -Competitive Salary + Benefits -Company bonus scheme -Company outings & events To be considered for this vacancy or to find out more information please apply now.
