Quantity Surveyor - FRA Works, Birmingham

Our client is looking for a capable Quantity Surveyor, with strong experience in Fire Risk Assessment works (FRA), to help drive this business unit forward on a national basis. Client Details Our client is an established property maintenance business specialising in improvements, repairs, painting and decorating and minor work programmes. Description The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for overseeing a number of FRA contracts on a regional basis in the midlands, based from home, leading the commercial duties and being the main POC for the end client. Profile The Quantity Surveyor will possess at least 5 years experience in a similar role, and/or focusing on FRA works, planned repairs and maintenance, ideally in a social housing/residential sector.
