Credit Controller - German Speaking Global Brands | £25,000 - £28,000 Permanent Birmingham Our client is looking for an exceptional Credit Controller fluent in both German and English to join the Credit Team. The role; As a Credit Controller you will play a key role in managing major European customers within the German speaking market. Chasing debt to achieve department targets and to effectively clear disputes Communicating with customers in their native language, over the phone and by email to discuss payments, credit terms and to resolve any queries Responsible of ensuring the customer database is up to date and correct information at all times Discussing credit limits and escalating debt to senior management and the Sales Director Assessing and reviewing credit limits to provide the best customer service. Key skills; Fluent in both English and German Minimum 2 years Credit Control experience Passionate about customer service and results driven to resolve queries Able to work under pressure Enjoy being part of a team!
