Sales Manager - Telecoms Location: England (Ideally centrally located as UK travel is essential) Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + Car Overview: First Military Recruitment are currently seeking an individual who possesses experience in selling steel communications infrastructure or other steelwork products. The successful candidate requires proven success in selling in a B2B environment.  The successful candidate will operate across our portfolio of companies to identify and secure telecoms contracts, growing sustainable revenues and building a team to ensure customer satisfaction in all our telecoms activities. Duties and Responsibilities: Lead on sales for our telecoms tower business, re-enforcing relationships with existing clients Obtain and develop new business relationships, sourcing sales leads through effective networking across the telecoms tower industry Lead on bid preparation for telecoms projects, working with our estimating team to oversee cost estimating, tender preparation and presentation to the client Work with our marketing team to raise the group?s profile within the telecom tower industry, promoting and developing the group?s range of capabilities. Monitor and understand the status and likely outcome of live projects Maintain a comprehensive CRM profile, contributing towards annual sales budgets and monthly forecasts Fulfill other duties appropriate to the level of this role Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience and success in sales and/or B2B marketing An understanding of the UK telecoms tower market Excellent communication, organizational and presentational skills Thorough, analytical and innovative approach Cost estimation and tender preparation experience Computer literate and conversant in the use of Microsoft office automation software Full driving license Desirable: Degree in an engineering related discipline, or equivalent experience Previous experience selling steel structures or infrastructure works Location: England (Ideally centrally located as UK travel is essential) Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + Car
