Tree Surgeon Arborist / Climber We are currently working with a fast-growing business based in Staffordshire, looking to recruit an experienced and customer focused Tree Surgeon Arborist / Climber to work on a variety of Domestic and Commercial projects throughout the West Midlands. We are looking for someone who can work independently, as part of a team and act in a professional manner when dealing with customers. Package: Negotiable Salary + Overtime + Bonus + Pension + 28 days annual leave (incl. Bank Holidays) + PPE & Equipment supplied Key skills include: * Tree Surgery Arborist / Climbing Experience * Approachable * Good communication skills with customers and team members A Tree Surgeon Arborist / Climber must have the following tickets / qualifications: * Level 2 in chainsaw maintenance and cros cutting * Level 2 award in felling and processing trees up to 380mm * Level 2 award in accessing a Tree using a Rope and Harness * Aerial cutting of trees using freefall techniques * Aerial tree pruning Other ideal, but not essential, qualifications include: * CSCS * Emergency first aid * Level 3 in processing trees over 380mm For the right person this opportunity will present genuine progression prospects into a team leader role, and beyond, as the business grows.
