Registered Manager, Darlington

Registered Manager Darlington £32,000 per annum 37.5 hours per week Permanent Ivy Recruitment is currently seeking a Registered Manager for a service which provides support to 4 people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs. The service currently has Required Improvement CQC report. Suitable candidate?s must have: * Experience of complex needs, this is essential for this role * Some experience and knowledge with PBS (positive behavioural support) * Have an NVQ/QCF Level 5 or be working towards this in leadership & Management in Health & Social Care * Experience of CQC and ideally been a registered manager with CQC previously * Excellent leadership skills and experienced in managing a large staff team * Have excellent knowledge of Safeguarding For more information on this Registered Manager role please apply now
