Family Solicitor NQ + Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire Salary dependent on qualifications and experience. An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Family Solicitor or Legal Executive who is able to run their own files without supervision. You will be joining a reputable legal practice with a great presence in Buckinghamshire. They are a full-service firm with multiple, sister offices across the UK. They are seeking a fee earner with a good understanding of the market. You will advise on a variety of matters to include publicly funded and private cases. Areas of focus will include: * Fixed Fee Divorce * Civil Partnership * Separation Agreements * Finances * Children * Cohabitation Agreements * Financial Matters for Unmarried Families * Pre-Nuptial Agreements * Domestic Violence Injunctions Duties will include: * Managing own caseload * Advising on a variety of privately and publicly funded family matters * Develop existing caseload in divorce, finance and private children matters * Drafting legal documentation to include Cohabitation Agreements and Prenuptial Agreements * Drafting various Court Applications * Be actively involved in marketing and business development activities The successful candidate ideally will: * Be at least newly qualified and have experience of maintaining their own caseload * Be a law graduate / LPC / training contract or FCILEx * Be a member of resolution or hold a specialist family accreditation * Offer sound legal advice to a diverse client base * Maintain your continuing professional development requirements * Be self-motivated with a drive to develop the team * Work in a collaborative manner within the team and wider firm * Have a positive approach and strong work ethic
