The opportunity Due to continued growth our client are looking for an experienced Senior Lawyer to join their team of committed and passionate professionals in their Birmingham office, to run a varied caseload of litigated and non-litigated Employment Rights cases. The opportunity will suit a confident and compassionate Senior Lawyer with a committed background of representing claimants and victims of employment rights, matched by a strong track record of running complex cases. The role As a Senior Lawyer with at least 5 years PQE, you will run a high value Employment Rights caseload which includes complex cases at the highest values, and you will be assessing and advising on the prospects of success and value of Employment Tribunal claims. You will therefore need to have excellent knowledge of Employment Tribunal rules of procedure and the litigation process. The role requires excellent prioritisation skills and meticulous attention to detail to enable you to construct clear and effective arguments, yielding the best result for their clients.
