A Residential Carer Needed! Do you have experience with working one to one with clients? A dedicated Residential CARE Worker is needed across Birmingham to assist adults within their home. The ideal Residential Worker will need to have: CLEAN DBS check. Previous experience within a residential care environment. A patient and caring approach when providing all aspects of care. Experience in one to one support to encourage independence and raising self-esteem. Be comfortable with providing personal care to adults, including washing, dressing, toileting and feeding.
