Due to increasing workload within this respected regional Project and Cost Management Consultancy our client is looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor (PQS) within their East Birmingham Office. This is a rare opportunity to join a well respected regional consultancy with a great reputation in the industry. The successful candidate will be involved in both new and refurbishment projects ranging from £1M to £50M in a variety of sectors such as commercial, industrial, healthcare and education. You will be expected to work independently but under the supervision of a Senior/Associate. The successful candidate will ideally hold a degree in Quantity Surveying with substantial experience in a recognised PQS firm and looking to develop your career. You should be RICS qualified and/or working towards.
