My client is looking for Registered Nurses to come and join our new team of committed professionals at our New service based just outside of Birmingham The service can accommodate for up to 55+ service users, in a combination of residential and nursing beds. Job Overview As a Nurse, you will be responsible for the following- medication, dressings, catheterisation, tube feeding, and management of chronic medical conditions. Providing support and guidance to all staff, providing demonstrations and instructions of care activities, particularly in relation to the induction and mentoring of new staff. Working with health and social care professionals involved in the wellbeing of individual residents and family members to maintain a holistic approach to their care Experience / Qualification: - NMC PIN - DBS enhanced disclosure check - Over 6 months experience working in a care home is essential
