Hybrid working - 3 days in the field (on-site in Midlands area), 2 days remote. FTC, full time.

We are urgently looking for a HR interim with a particular strength in managing ER case work for a 2 mths assignment, running until the end of July.

You'll be able to demonstrate extensive ER case management experience, skilled in resolving complex employee relations cases, within a unionised environment. You will also be providing generalist HR support as required, so would expect to be travelling regularly to operational sites (in the Lincolnshire area) in the region 3 days per week.

This role requires strong technical expertise, but also a high level of interpersonal skills to manage sensitive ER cases effectively, sensitively, and coaching managers through the required HR processes. You'll also have experience of change and transformation, able to work with high degree of independence, but proactively communicating with key stakeholders and colleagues.

Experience of working within the public service on non profit sector is advantageous, but also open to those from the commercial sector who'll bring significant unionised background too.
