Bar Staff, Birmingham

Must be 18+, available to work weekends and evenings including 31st December.

• Read tickets and make drinks efficiently and accurately.
• Clean, set up and close down the bar efficiently and to a high standard.
• Help the floor team take out drinks orders to tables.
• Collect empty glasses / ice buckets / rubbish from the floor during intervals.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness on the bar during service.
• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Reduce and record any waste.
• Restock / reset the bar during intervals.
• Assist the bar manager with deep cleans / keeping the cellar tidy / ensuring the bar runs effectively.

• Shift start between 5pm-7pm, finish 8pm-11:30pm. Lengths vary 4-6 hours, with some 2-3 hour shifts for those with other commitments.
• No transport home provided, but reasonable times for public transport.
• First hour can be intense; ability to work under pressure required. Serve up to 400 people before the show.

• £12.80 per hour + tips + bonus scheme, paid four weekly.
• Free tickets to shows when not working (if they are our shows).
• Short evening shifts, ideal for studying or part‑time work.
• Productivity scheme: extra £1.50 per hour on shift if targets hit.
