Rate of Pay: £12.71 per hour

Position Type: Permanent (Part Time)

Hours: 10 hours per week

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday (6:00am to 8:00am)

CHP-Richmond Primary Care Centre, 299 Bordesley Green East, Stechford, Birmingham, West Midlands, England, B33 8TA

• Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order.
• Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area and determine when cleaning is required.
• Use cleaning equipment and chemicals on the premises following Health and Safety requirements.
• Complete all required training for the cleaning role.
• Work within a team and independently under own initiative.
• Build positive and productive relationships with all customers, delivering excellent service.
• Seek ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.

• Ability to communicate and read basic English.
• Previous cleaning experience desirable but not essential.
• Flexible approach to the role.
• Open, honest, self‑driven and determined.
• Reliable, hardworking with a professional attitude.
