Permanent
Grade A -£24,796 -£27254
Working times - Monday - Friday Term time only including 3 cleaning days in school holidays and 5 Inset days
Salary is Pro rata to the hours worked
Consultation grade - subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review
2 roles available:
1 role working 15 hours per week.
1 role working 12.5 hours per week

About the role
As a General Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Assist in keeping the kitchen clean&tidy
- maintain a balanced diet and varied menus
- be aware of the care users'needs and dietary preferences
- You will work collaboratively with managers and supervisors to ensure the first-class delivery of food in schools kitchens both in and outside of performance times.
- Previous kitchen experience is essential to this role

- Food Safety Level 2 certificate in date
- Good verbal and written communication skills
