Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Client Accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property accounting, particularly in managing financial accounts for commercial assets. You will be responsible for preparing, monitoring, and reporting on all financial aspects of client property portfolios, including rent, service charges, and other operational costs.

Team OverviewThe Birmingham client account team consists of the head of department, 2 senior managers at associate director level and 3 team leaders of an associate grade and a team of 17 client accountants/apprentices. The working environment is thriving as we continue to grow the best performing team within Savills.
