About the Role

This is a broad and stimulating position offering exposure to a diverse portfolio of commercial legal work. You’ll advise on:

• Complex commercial contracts
• High-value supply and procurement agreements
• Outsourcing and strategic partnerships
• Agency and distribution arrangements
• IT and IP licensing
• Data protection and compliance matters

You’ll work with clients across a variety of sectors, giving you the chance to deepen your expertise and broaden your commercial insight. The role also includes opportunities to contribute to business development, mentor junior team members, and engage in firm-wide leadership initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

We’re keen to speak with candidates who meet the following criteria:

• 8+ years PQE with a strong background in commercial law including technology
• Experience gained at a leading City or large regional firm
• A pragmatic, client-focused approach to legal advice
• Strong commercial acumen and a genuine interest in how businesses operate
