Cleaner, Birmingham

e are recruiting for a Cleaner to work on a construction site in Birmingham 30th June 2026, on behalf of our client who has a nationwide presence.

Cleaner roles and responsibilities:

• internal building cleaning (post void refurb) getting the site clean for new tenants - cleaning windows - mopping floors - sweeping - cleaning kitchens and worktops - cleaning bathrooms/toilets - dusting - 2 properties per day (houses/flats/bungalows).
• Will need to drive from location to location

Cleaner requirements:

• 2 x references from a previous Cleaner position
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a cleaner
• Must have CSCS card
• MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE AND HAVE OWN VEHICLE

Cleaner Benefits

• 5 days a week
• 7am until 4pm
• Weekly pay
