It’s an opportunity to step into a growing, technically-led B2B business and shape how marketing operates, performs and contributes commercially.

You’ll join at a point where the foundations are in place, but the next phase requires more structure, ownership and accountability from marketing.

• Build a more structured, scalable marketing function
• Take ownership of performance, data and pipeline visibility
• Work closely with Sales and Product to drive commercial outcomes
• Shape positioning, messaging and go-to-market approach
• Lead and develop an established marketing team

This is a role for someone who wants to influence direction, not just deliver campaigns.

• Marketing is moving from support function to commercial driver
• External agency reliance is reducing, with more ownership in-house
• There’s strong technical expertise internally, but marketing needs clearer structure and consistency
• You’ll work closely with senior leadership and have real input into strategy
