• Work on complex and high-quality commercial real estate matters
• Provide clients with high quality and proactive legal advice that meets their needs
• Managing files, drafting contracts, checking titles, preparing initial reports to clients on initial paperwork and documentation
• Applying for and reporting on local searches, index map searches and any other relevant searches
• Undertaking and confirming exchange of contracts and advising parties
• Support senior team members with client work

• Ideally 1+ years PQE in commercial property law
• Commercially astute and strategic thinker
