Innova Ventur is a UK-based startup offering authentic Asian Ready-to-Cook Masala Mix pouches (50–100g each). We are seeking commission-only sales agents to introduce our products to retail shops, convenience stores, and small food retailers across the UK (no wholesalers).
Order & Pricing Details:
MOQ: 72 pouches (6 cases, 10 or 12 pouches per case)
Delivery charge for 72 pouches: £3
Free delivery for 350+ pouches
5p discount per pouch at 350 pouches
An additional 5p discount per pouch at 3,500 pouches
Commission Structure:
£3 per confirmed sale of 72 pouches (MOQ)
Special-order 1kg pouches: commission agreed separately
Commission is only paid after the customer has made full payment.
Payment is made within 10 days of the customer's payment.
Sales Process:
Agents must inform customers that all orders will be proforma-based for the first three (3) orders or a period of three (3) months, whichever is later. Customers must settle their invoices before the next order is dispatched.
Your Role:
Generate leads and secure retail orders.
Build relationships with retailers.
Promote our brand to new markets.
Requirements:
Food sales experience preferred (not essential)
Self-motivated and proactive
Strong communication & negotiation skills
