A set shift pattern: 6am - 2pm
Pay Rate: 12.71 to 13.00 per hour (D.O.E)
Contract Type: 12 Week Temp to Perm

NW Recruitment Services Ltd are currently exclusively recruiting for an Assembly Operative on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business based in Blackburn.

The role:

As an Assembly Operative, you will support the manufacture and preparation of products within a fast-paced production environment.

Key duties include:
Carrying out hands-on production and assembly tasks
Using a range of handheld equipment
Following work instructions and maintaining consistent quality standards
Inspecting finished items to ensure they meet required specifications
Keeping the work area organised and well maintained
Reporting defects, shortages, or issues to the team leader
Working safely and following all site procedures

What were looking for:
Good attention to detail
Ability to work as part of a team
Reliable and hardworking attitude
Previous production or assembly experience beneficial, but not essential

Whats on offer:
12.71 - 13.00 per hour (depending on experience)
37.5 hours per week
