Project Accountant, Shaftesbury

Morson Talent are currently seeking a Project Accountant for our aerospace client based in Semley, Wiltishire. The role will include the duties along with other duties required by the business:• Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts and financial plans • Monitor project costs and track performance against budget• Analyse variances and provide clear explanations • Produce regular financial reports on project status • Support project billing and invoicing • Assist with month end and year end closing related to projects • Identify financial risks • Track costs and compare against budget Skills and experience required:• Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting • Experience with budgeting, cost control and forecasting • Proficient with Excel and Financial systems • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills • High attention to detail and accuracy • Strong communication skills• Ability to manage multiple projects 6 month contract initially 40 hours per week Site based If you have the required experience for this position, please apply today or contact Lisa Nardiello on 01935 713323 for further information.
