Yard Operative @ Myerscough Smithy compound, Bedlington

We are looking fora Yard Operativeto join our teams in Lancashire (based out of our Myerscough Smithy compound).

• Self-employed basis
• Someone who has strong housekeeping skills to ensure yard is kept tidy
• Ability to move materials, stock, tools and/or equipment
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Operation of Forklift trucks and other on site machinery
• Basic maintenance and repairs
• Waste disposal and recycling
• Stock check and inventory levels
• Sweeping, pressure washing and general upkeep
• Following all our procedures including health & safety
• Work well as part of a team and has a 'can do' attitude
• Motivated to do the job right first time

• Full Clean UK Driving Licence (deal-breaker)
• CSCS (deal-breaker)
• Telehandler licence (deal-breaker)
• Fork Lift Truck licence
• Health & Safety Awareness
• Basic DIY and maintenance skills

• All equipment and PPE provided
• Ongoing training and support to progress your career
