Salary: £13.04 per hour
Your role- Welcome residents, relatives and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
- Support customers by answering queries and offering clear, helpful information.
- Carry out a range of administrative tasks to keep the home running smoothly.
- Use your IT skills to manage emails, records and documents confidently.
- Work closely with colleagues to create a friendly, supportive front‑of‑house experience.
- Experience in a customer service setting.
- Confident using IT systems including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Warm and approachable with strong people skills.
- Organised and able to manage a variety of tasks calmly and efficiently.
- Caring, enthusiastic and self‑motivated with a desire to make a positive difference.
- 28 days’ annual leave pro rata (including bank holidays).
