Residential Care Home Manager of a prestigious longstanding residential care home. * Size of home: Medium (47 beds registered, 44 beds effective) * Service: Residential Care Home (Bankfield Residential Care Home) * Region: Bury We are seeking a dedicated, experienced and ambitious Residential Care Home Manager to welcome to our closely-knit team. Within the role, you will be support and direct dedicated heads of departments to achieve positive care outcomes. With the support of a senior management, you will ensure the operational, commercial and regulatory success of the home. Whilst also partaking or leading improvement plans and supporting the launch of new initiatives at the home. With the group organically growing, you will have the added benefit and choice of further progression. You will be able to build a good working relationship and be able to track the positive outcomes of your work. Qualifications and Experience Required of a Registered Manager: ? Experience as a Registered Manager or longstanding experience as a Deputy Home Manager is essential (2 years +) ? NVQ Level 5 Leadership and Management (or NVQ Level 4 or above if a deputy manager). ? Excellent knowledge and understanding of CQC requirements. ? Proven track record with CQC - Good' rated reports or be able to evidence successful turnaround projects. ? Excellent communication skills. ? A hands-on manager ? who is experienced in building and motivating teams. In return the successful Registered Manager will receive a very competitive salary of £35,000 to £42,000 for 40-45hrs per week. There is also the added benefit of annual salary reviews and schemes.
