TTM Healthcare have partnered with a leading Mental Health provider who have opening for a Registered Nurse to join their expanding hospital team based in Bury, North Manchester. The service offers Neurorehabilitation and Mental Health services to adults and children with complex conditions. Two main services are split across four wards which comprises of: Brain Injury Services 19 - bedded neurorehabilitation service for patients aged 16 years and over 5 - bedded children's unit for those aged 0 -17 years 28 - bedded adult continuing care unit for patients aged 18 years and over As a Registered Nurse your role will include: You will also need to lead shifts as well as mentoring and supporting student nurses and other members of the team Monitor and review Nursing Care plans Evaluate and respond to changes in patients' condition and needs Provide a high standard of care to people with mental illness and personality disorder Contribute to patient assessments, compiling a plan of care alongside the individual, and monitoring patient progress Ideally, you would need the following experience: Registered Nurse Qualification (RMN/RNLD) with a Valid NMC PIN To be a team player To be self-aware, seeking support and advice when required Good listening and rapport building ability To be able to organize and prioritise your time Benefits as a Registered Nurse will include: Competitive salary up to £38,00 25 days' annual leave plus 8 bank holidays increasing to 30 days plus bank holidays with length of service Payment into the pension schem Career development - progress across the Staff Nurse grading is via a distinct career path Free meals/refreshments when on duty Flexible Benefits Packages An employee assistance programme Free car parking CPD top up Donation to a charity of their choice To discuss the role in more detail please click apply alternatively call me directly on (phone number removed) ext 115.
