Grade D £12,994.50 - £14,0771.00 (Pro‑rata, per annum – pay award pending)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Administrator to join the ‘Bolton Family’ and be a part of our Kinship Zone pilot scheme. You will work closely with the Financial Transaction Team, the Financial Transaction Team Manager and other teams associated with the Kinship Zone function.

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work as part of a team and under own supervision.
• Organisational skills – plan, develop and prioritise work.
• Accurate literacy skills and good systems skills, analytical and solution‑focused to meet timescales and deadlines.
• Experience using a range of computer software packages to produce accurate, well‑presented documents.
• Ability to handle cash and record and monitor payments in line with financial procedures.
• Excellent literacy skills and proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong numeracy skills – provide statistical data, check, reconcile and maintain financial data to a high level of accuracy.
