Thebusinessofferafastpaceddynamicenvironmenttoworkinwithdedicatedindividualsthatarelookingtolearn,growanddevelopasthebusinessexpands.

Duties:

  • Reviewandprocessweeklytradinginformationfromsites.
  • Ensuremoniesarereceivedinthebankinatimelymannerfromallsources.
  • Reconcilealljointventureeventsensuringthirdpartiesarecorrectlyaccountedto.
  • Compileweeklytradingstatistics.
  • Ensureanytradinganomaliesarequeriedandescalatedtoseniormanagement.
  • Wage%input.
  • Highlighttradinginefficiencies,overspends,abnormallyhighdiscounts/promotionsetc.
  • Assistwithcompilationofweeklypaymentproposal.
  • Bankreconciliations.
  • Ensuresitesareoperatingwithintheirsignofflimits.
  • Ensureinvoicerequestsaresubmittedalongwithsignedcontracts.
  • Assistwithpayrollprocessing/reconciliations.
  • SupportPurchaseLedger.
  • SupportCreditControl.
  • SupportPRSsubmissions.
