Sales Executive, St Ives

Interaction Recruitment are looking to recruit for a full-time permanent Sales Executive for our client based in Huntingdonshire. This role is responsible as a point of contact for the client, dealing with their customers in relation to their requirements. The focus being very much around a sales target driven environment. The role:- Sell the benefits of my clients to their customers, these will be leads passed by my clients network and they will be expecting your call Ensuring maximum conversion rates This position is heavily sales based whilst delivering excellent customer service Maintaining relationships with my clients network and external stakeholders to ensure SLA's are adhered to Be able to demonstrate progression against individual and company targets The person:- Have proven experience within a target driven sales environment Have proven experience in managing multiple accounts/ customers Ability to work under pressure Excellent time management skills Excellent IT skills What's on offer:- Basic salary of £19K - £22K PA Realistic OTE of £26K PA - excellent uncapped commission available 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays Life assurance Workplace pension Healthcare cash back plan Cycle to work scheme Retail discounts The office is open from Mondays to Thursdays 9am until 8.30pm, Fridays 9am until 6pm and Saturdays from 9am until 4pm.
