Timber Frame Designers, Northern Ireland

Timber Frame Designers required for Northern Ireland. The client are designing residential family homes for the International market and looking for a range of Timber Frame Designers at all levels to be part of their company growth, currently a team of 20 designers with the plan to be over 100. Role Timber Frame / Panel design of large scale residential homes Liaise with design team, structural engineers, manufacturing and site personnel to deliver projects on time and to an efficient fully integrated design. Contribute to developing and improving their product, systems and process in line with departments and company goals. Experience Minimum of 3 years' experience in Timber Frame / Panel Design HSBCAD would be preferred, however this can be taught in their training centre Ideally experience in producing files for automated manufacturing. Good CAD Skills Project design experience Good team player and ability to lead a team of designers and mentor their development. This is not a home working role, They are looking for people to relocate and in return as the business grows, your position will grow and develop, leading a team of designers.
