Stock Controller, S26

Staff365 are recruiting for an experienced Stock Controller to work at our manufacturing client based in Sheffield. The ideal candidate will be prepared to assist other team members in the logistics department with goods received into the site along with the daily running and upkeep of a computer based inventory system. You will be required to support the manufacturing side of the plant by picking and internally delivering the required parts for the assembly lines. Experience of operating PPT and FLT would be an advantage. Suitable candidates must have a good understanding of windows based computer packages and be able to count, and record accurate data onto the internal systems. Flexibility is key with this position as delays with stock from suppliers can create adhoc problems which need dealing with and production priorities can also change at short notice. This is a excellent opportunity for someone with a solid stores or warehouse back ground. You are required to work a 3 shift rotating pattern of Days 06:00am - 14:00pm Nights 22:00pm - 06:00am Afters 14:00pm - 22:00pm Please note this position is temporary ongoing due to the current economic climate
