This opportunity has been made available due to an increase in workload across their main sectors- Residential/ Housing and Agricultural projects. The desired candidate will already have a number of years industry experience (+6-10) and be confident in the use of AutoCAD. It would also be essential to have Residential experience and Agricultural exposure would be a bonus! To be an Architect/ Architectural Technician you must have: Excellent AutoCAD knowledge. At least 6-10 years UK based industry experience working on a range of sectors. Sound knowledge of the UK building regulations and planning policies. Good communication and organisation skills. Previous Residential/ Housing experience and Agricultural exposure would be a bonus. The ability to use your initiative to work independently but also as a team Whilst being an Architect/ Architectural Technician you will: Assist and work on multiple projects at one time. Be working on key Residential and Agricultural schemes. Have the ability to produce detailed architectural drawings and have excellent design skills.
