Commis Chef, PL28

We?re looking for a Commis Chef to join our kitchen team in Padstow. As Commis Chef you will support the kitchen team with food preparation whilst ensuring your work is to the highest standard at all times. The rate of pay for this role is £8.72 per hour (£8.20 if you are under 25) plus tips. WHAT YOU?LL BE GETTING UP TO - Preparing and cooking food by following Rick?s recipes - Rotating through our kitchen sections under the supervision of the Chef de Partie - Ensuring the kitchen is ready for service and correct stock levels are maintained - Working efficiently as part of a team within a busy kitchen - Correctly recording deliveries and ensuring all ingredients are stored correctly KEY SKILLS - A passion for food - Ability to work under pressure - Demonstrating strong company and menu knowledge Stein?s Fish & Chips in Padstow boasts both a restaurant and takeaway, located on the beautiful North Cornwall coast overlooking the Camel Estuary.
