Senior Sales Executive? £22k basic + easily achievable OTE £45k uncapped Join a highly successful smart home innovations business (part of a leading FTSE 250 company) providing products, technology & finance. Working in an elite team of 40 Sales Consultants, on an advanced bespoke CRM system, you will only call customers who have expressed an interest in the products on offer. The digital marketing campaigns generate 15,000 new enquiries per month and with this high quality, untouched data, you will easily achieve up to 40% conversion rate. This exciting new role offers the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home OR join the buzz of working in a modern, open plan office in the Bournemouth Head Office. Responsibilities of the Senior Sales Executive: There will be NO cold calling? any customer you speak too will be expecting your call, making earning great commission easy! * Call customers back after who have expressed interest either by email or online lead generation * Provide the customers with a competitive quote for their new products, all technical training will be provided * Close all calls to get the business * Overcome objections to achieve required KPI's * Selling market leading finance packages through leading lenders. * Use any additional benefits and discounts available to you to obtain the sale. Skills & Characteristics of the Senior Sales Executive: Previous Sales experience required * Ambitious & Driven * Enjoys talking to customers and building rapport * Motivated by exceeding targets and earning good commission * Has a passion for sales and a hunger for being the best! * A great team player.
