Newly Qualified Nurse / Preceptorship Nurse Location : Henfield, West Sussex Starting Pay: £25,000. After 6 months increases to £27,500 - £32,750 Hours: Full time or part time Shifts : Days or nights Preceptorship programme: This lovely, well run home based in Henfield offers highly-skilled nursing care for older people with dementia and Alzheimer's care, while many beneficial therapies can also be accessed as part of the service. You will lead by example, sharing your knowledge and skills, seeking to continuously improve clinical practices to ensure each resident always receives best quality of care. Training Academy: The Care Home offers a structured and thorough induction programme, which will include various training courses. The company have their own training academy where you will have ongoing support from in-house trainers! You will have the chance to become a specialist in a certain field and receive the training and courses to do this. Service type: This lovely, well run home based in Uckfield offers highly-skilled nursing care for older people with dementia or Alzheimer's along with reminiscence therapy, physiotherapy and both short and long-term respite care. You will lead by example, sharing your knowledge and skills, seeking to continuously improve clinical practices to ensure each resident always receives best quality of care.
