Income Officer, Bournemouth

I am currently recruiting for an Income Officer to work with a Council in Dorset on a contract basis. This job will require the postholder to work as part of a team to provide a comprehensive rent and arrears management service to tenants. The emphasis of this job role is early intervention and working with tenants to resolve rent arrears in a timely manner.  You will need to be resilient and confident in your ability to deal with difficult customers whilst providing outstanding customer care.  This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys the challenge of income collection and has the commitment and drive to provide a first class service as part of the Income Team within the Housing Management function. Applicants must be experienced in Income Collection and have experience working with tenants. Currently Income Officers are working from home, however there would be an expectation to occasionally attend the office and complete visits at tenants? properties where necessary, for which PPE will be provided.
