Warehouse Team Leader, Stokenchurch

Do you have proven management experience within a warehouse environment? Are you computer literate? Can you work to tight pressured deadlines whilst remaining driven? If so, my client is looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to work within their very busy goods in and out warehouse department. Please note that this position may require you to work between client sites, so a clean UK driving licence is essential. Your role will be to manage and lead a small team of operatives. You must be able to communicate company goals, health and safety practices, and deadlines to the team, whilst motivating and assessing performances, and ensuring all daily targets are met. You will provide assistance to management with invoicing, hiring, training, and keeping updates on team performances.
