You will lead from the front and demonstrate up-to-date knowledge in the most recent clinical practices and an understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines. You'll be a natural leader and provide ongoing support and mentorship to your team and play a key role in the running of the home. Nursing Home Details : This is a purpose-built home providing 24 hour nursing care, dementia care and respite care for frail older people. The home is very well staffed with multiple nurses on ALL shifts!! They have a very established nursing team with long serving staff who are like a family! Training / Induction and opportunities for development and progression: The Care Home offers a structured and thorough induction programme, which will include various training courses. You will also have access to clear and structured development programmes where you can see clear pathways to progression within the Care Home. You will also have access to training opportunities to develop and enhance your nursing skills. You will receive ongoing support from your Manager.
