Associate Sustainability Consultant, Bournemouth

Associate Sustainability Consultant Our client is one of the leading building services consultancies in the UK having managed navigate these trying times. They are looking for an Associate Sustainability Consultant to come and join them in their Bournemouth office. This is one of their larger offices having over 100 engineers in it. A lot of their projects are London or south coast based making it ideal for someone that works to work on large scale project but has had enough of the busy fast paced London lifestyle. You will be Leading building performance simulation and energy related workstreams, using a range of modelling approaches, tools and techniques. You will have experience when it comes to mentoring more junior members of staff and will be extremely technically capable when it comes to modelling/simulations. You will be expected to advise client on specific energy strategies to best achieve results desired. The role also presents the opportunity for involvement in this aspect of the Group's work to those keen to have a direct influence on the industry. Associate Sustainability Consultant Requirements: Minimum of 10 years' experience within a similar role within the built environment Sustainability related degree CEng or CEnv Experience managing teams Experience and competence in a selection of the following fields: Energy and carbon strategies Building Regulations Part L assessments using NHER and IES HVAC network modelling In-Use energy modelling and assessment Dynamic modelling for thermal comfort assessments and overheating risk assessments Façade performance evaluation Parametric environmental design assessment Renewable energy feasibility studies If you're looking to join one of the leading consultancies get in touch today to find out more about the role and the company
