This job role has responsibility for co-ordinating all required to ensure the physical and digital sales stock vehicle presentation standards are adhered to and maintained at all times, in accordance with the prevailing policies and guidelines. Further responsibilities include the co-ordination of all sales vehicle preparation and logistics, ensuring that all SLA?s and minimum standards are adhered to in order to support the Commercial Vehicle Sales team in attaining all qualitative and quantitative measures Key Tasks & Responsibilities * To ensure all stock vehicle imagery and video creation is completed in accordance with the prescribed standards, specifically in relation to quality timescales required. * Conduct required administration to ensure all vehicle stock pricing is accurately inputted/displayed for all digital and physical advertisement, ensuring prescribed timescales are adhered to all times. This applies to all internal and external digital platforms. * Liaise with internal departments and any applicable third-party contractors in order to arrange and complete all mechanical and cosmetic vehicle preparation, ensuring all preparation costs are within agreed parameters and timelines are adhered to. * To co-ordinate and execute all required internal logistics for vehicle movement across the Commercial sites. This includes ensuring all sales stock/demonstrator vehicles are displayed in accordance with the prescribed standards at all times. * To co-ordinate all stock vehicle delivery receipt and inspection, ensuring receipt inspection checks are completed within prescribed timescales and vehicles are stored appropriately immediately upon delivery.
