Registered Manager Peterlee, County Durham £34,000 ? 37,000 per annum 37.5 hours per week Permanent Ivy Recruitment is currently seeking a Registered Manager for a service which provides support for up to 21 people, some residential and some individual flats. The people living within the service have learning disabilities and mental health needs. The service currently has a Good CQC report. Suitable candidate?s must have: * Experience of complex needs, this is essential for this role * Some experience and knowledge with PBS (positive behavioural support) * Have an NVQ/QCF Level 5 or be working towards this in leadership & Management in Health & Social Care * Experience of CQC and ideally been a registered manager with CQC previously * Excellent leadership skills and experienced in managing a large staff team * Have excellent knowledge of Safeguarding For more information on this Registered Manager role please apply now
