Ability to take on and learn how to communicate non-verbally Not phased with personal care when required  Accept and take in behaviour that maybe challenging Training could be provided for the right applicant Hours could be a mix of shifts between 7am to 9pm and include straight long day shifts and alternative weekends. Enhanced weekend rate. This role does require car drivers who have held their license for a year and will involve going to visit people in their house. However this is permanent contract work so all hours will be paid.
