We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a Business Manager in our ever growing pair of established Dental Practices in Ringwood and Bournemouth.

This new role within our practice family is ideal for someone with experience managing business growth and identifying new areas in which there is the potential to excel. Alongside this you will be expected to manage the day to day operations, performance and continuous development of the team.

You, as our Business Support Manager, will be integral to this, as will be reflected in a KPI-linked bonus scheme.

Requirements:

* Management experience
* Good administration knowledge and experience
* Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
* Excellent time management and people skills
* Adaptable and enthusiastic demeanour
* Experienced in reports, audits and banking procedures
* Excellent customer service skills
* Able to communicate effectively at all levels
* Able to use own initiative and problem solve
