Your key responsibilities include welcoming customers, taking drink orders, making recommendations, preparing, and serving exquisite drinks. You’ll handle financial transactions confidently, supervise barbacks, and stay updated on drink legislation, food safety, and hygiene best practice.

You have the knowledge and skills to create exquisite cocktails. Your friendly, professional, and hands‑on approach will make you a valuable part of the team and a delight to our guests.
