Provide care and support to clients in a home setting, ensuring their wellbeing and comfort.

• Assisting with washing, showering, dressing, and oral care.
• Prompting, assisting or administering medication and creams.
• Helping clients with meals, snacks and beverages.
• Performing light cleaning tasks.
• Supporting mobility to enable clients to live as independently as possible.
• Organising and participating in social activities and outings.

• £12.76 per hour.
