Sales Associate – LOCATION

Our stores are the core touchpoint with the consumer. The Sales Associate is key to delivering exceptional service, embodying the brand’s values, and driving store performance.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Authorize discounts and resolve customer queries as the first point of contact.
• Act as a brand ambassador, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers.
• Provide outfit building and product recommendations.
• Assess customer needs and provide information on product features.
• Drive store KPIs and suggest improvements.
• Maintain shop and stockroom presentation and organization.

• Previous track record in hospitality or retail.
• Effective communicator who collaborates to win.
• Inspires trust and celebrates contributions of others.
• Adapts quickly to change.
• Demonstrates a clear presence on the shop floor.
• Takes ownership and makes informed decisions for in‑store solutions.
