WearelookingforanorganisedandproactiveWarehouseSupervisortosupportthedailyrunningofabusydistributionwarehouse.Thishands-onroleinvolvesoverseeingwarehouseoperations,supervisingstaff,maintainingstockaccuracy,andensuringcustomerdeliveriesaredispatchedontime.
KeyResponsibilities
- Superviseday-to-daywarehouseoperations
- Overseegoodsin/goodsout,picking,packing,loadingandunloading
- Ensurenext-daydeliveryordersareprocessedaccuratelyandontime
- Monitorstocklevels,cyclecounts,andwarehousescanningsystems
- Investigateandresolvestockdiscrepancies
- Support,train,andmotivatewarehousestaff
- Maintainhighstandardsofhousekeepingandhealth&safety
- Coordinatedeliveries,transfers,andincomingstockefficiently
- Workcloselywithofficeandtransportteamstoensuresmoothoperations
Skills&Experience
- Previouswarehouseexperienceinasupervisoryorteamleaderrole
- Strongorganisationalandcommunicationskills
- Experiencewithstockcontrolandwarehousesystems
- Abilitytoworkinafast-pacedenvironment
- Goodunderstandingofwarehousehealth&safety
- Forkliftlicencebeneficialbutnotessential
