Decoration & Tiling Operative

Location: Bracknell
Contract: Temp to Perm
Pay Rate: £20 £22 per hour (Temporary)
Hours: 40 hours per week

We are seeking an experienced Decoration & Tiling Operative for a temp?to?perm opportunity, carrying out high?quality decoration and tiling works across residential properties.

• Internal and external decoration and tiling works
• Treat mould and damp in line with guidance
• Minor repairs to walls, timber, doors, windows, guttering, soffits and fascias
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Work safely in line with health and safety requirements
• Record jobs and materials using a smartphone or tablet

• City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 in Tiling or Painting & Decorating, or time?served experience
• Experience in residential or housing maintenance
• Ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines
• Strong customer service skills
• Full UK driving licence

• £20 £22 per hour (temporary)
