They are looking to recruit an experienced Registered Home Manager for their medium sized residential home based in Spalding, Lincolnshire that has gained a "Good" rating by the Care Quality Commission. The Registered Home Manager in Spalding, Lincolnshire will be responsible for overseeing and delivering exceptional care to all residents within the home. As with most of this providers portfolio of homes, it has been purpose built to promote a lifestyle for residents that offers beautiful, homely accommodation. Every resident has an EN-suite bathroom and the home also has excellent on-site facilities. They have designed this home so it can offer personalised residential and dementia care in a luxury environment. This luxury care facility requires a Registered Home Manager that has gained strong experience in leading a busy care team. The Registered Home Manager in Spalding must have an excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and have a clear passion for providing exceptional care to the residents. The Registered Home Manager in Spalding will also be responsible for making sure the home is run smoothly and should be able to deal with any day to day issues that may arise. The successful candidate will need to have demonstrable experience managing a similar service.
